It is an all too common parental complaint: "How do I get my child off the sofa and get them active?"  The lure of the sedentary life is powerful, with ever more sophisticated electronic devices and mindless entertainment available to our young ones. 

Yet we believe that the allure of physical culture can be just as compelling.  In fact, we believe that vigorous physical activity is an essential component of a healthy life -- one that finds the balance of mind, body and spirit.

Our classes offer physical challenges which teach your child to work to achieve goals, overcome obstacles and build confidence.  Most importantly, we get your child doing what they were meant to -- being active and learning new skills.  So let's put the electronic games and social media aside and GET MOVING!
Boxing
The goal is to introduce the fundamentals of boxing as well as fitness habits to support any sport. This class conditions the body and builds strength.  This class is a series of drills and exercises designed to enhance stamina, strength, coordination and flexibility, primarily using calisthenics and boxing exercises.  We utilize the focus mitts, heavy bag, double end and the speed bag, in addition to calisthenics and jump rope. 
Adult Classes
We offer a variety of classes for adults.  If you have become bored at the gym, why not try our classes.  We have Zumba, Boxing and Kick Boxing, Boot Camp, and Strength and Conditioning.  They are all fun and energetic and will work out different muscles than you have been working on the treadmill, elliptical or weight machines.


We also offer personal training which is one-on-one and costs more, but gives you a personalized, targeted work-out designed to meet your objectives. In addition, we have small group instruction which costs a bit less per person but still provides the detailed attention of personal training.  The classes are designed for two to four people and include the benefit of being motivated by working out with friends.

Fitness Training
This class is a series of drills and exercises designed to enhance stamina, strength, coordination and flexibility, primarily using calisthenics and mobility exercises.  The goal is to introduce the fundamentals of movement as well as develop a lifetime habit of fitness.
